Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Marketplace Items)
Regrettably, due to products sold via our online and our retail channels being of a consignment and after-market nature, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind on marketplace inventory items.
All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your item, we are more than happy to re-list the item for you back into our marketplace on consignment to sell again, with the payout due back to you upon the sale taking place.

- All orders are packaged carefully, and only trusted couriers are used.
- Free shipping on orders over R5000
- Standard shipping rates apply.
- Delivery will be within 1-5 business days.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
All orders sent require a signature on delivery. Unlaced will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address.
All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Plug & Play will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
